Oh God, My God

1,030 visitors since the thingy started counting.
150 Posts, which isn't all that much.
I'm still considering switching to Beta January the 1st, which is in 13 days. :-(

Sometimes I just sit back and look around, thinking that My God Jehovah is truly amazing. He's indescribable, uncontainable, he placed the stars in the sky and he knows them by name. All powerful, untamable, awestruck I fall to my knees as I humbly proclaim that he is so amazing.

If you look around with open eyes, there is literally, absolutely no end to the miracles God works all around you every day. He is a God of might.

Psalm 83:18
Let them know that you, whose name is the LORD—
that you alone are the Most High over all the earth.

He is also a God of comfort.

Isaiah 54:10

"For the mountains may be removed and the hills may shake,
But My loving kindness will not be removed from you,
And My covenant of peace will not be shaken,"
Says the LORD who has compassion on you.

There's what you want, and then there's what God has in mind. I am learning this the hard way. But when everything seems to be going wrong, He will not abandon you.
