We had a good Sunday School this morning. Okay, I'll admit it; I'm really tired of studying Joseph. We've been doing it for weeks and weeks and weeks and weeks....you get the point. Anyhow we should be almost done....maybe? We've only just now finished with Potiphar's Wife. So we have a while. *sigh*
All the guys looked soooo nice. Mhmmm, Andy, you. ^^^
Yesterday Dad drove me up to Tyler for the Region VII Choir Clinic. In other words, all the choirs: All-Region, Honor Choir (me!), and a couple of middle school choirs come together, sing for many hours, then give a concert. By some miracle, our director, Mr. Butler, was pretty good. Believe me, you do not want to spend all day with a bad director.
Erica is thinking very happy thoughts...one word: lunch!>>>
I had a really good time all in all. I hung out with my friends during our rare breaks, rode on the NHS bus with the PUBLIC SCHOOLERS *gasp* to go eat lunch, where I had a splendid double cheeseburger with more friends.
Well, we were finally herded into an unbelievably cramped dressing room - almost time for the concert. There were so many hairdryers and straighteners in that room I was counting the seconds till multiple fuses were likely to blow. Like, the whole UT campus could've blacked out. It didn't.

I haven't sang in a concert in a while - probably years. It wasn't exactly nervousness I felt as I carefully ascended the risers, more like apprehensive unfamiliarity, if that makes sense. I only messed up once (ha) and then it was over. We sat down to hear the final coir, the All-Region, a far more prestigious group than the Honor Choir. They were fabulous, of course. *sad sigh* It was kind of a depressing 15 minutes for me. Alright, really depressing. Brandon, though you have gone from the Bloggosphere, I shall have to say good job just one more time.
After a celebratory meal at El Mercado's, we drove home. End of story.
Showtime^^^
My family and I are leaving tomorrow for Thanksgiving vacation...yaya! I may be able to find a computer to update on while I'm gone, and I might not. Who knows. Happy Thanksgiving, ya'll!

JCP? Could you do something about that up there?
So I haven't quite seen this post you said you'd post about the stars. Would you mean the one about ballet?
Well, I can delete it. On Xanga I could permanently block the user, but not here. :-O Blasphemy.
Uh, no. The DwtS post is an unfinished draft; my thoughts aren't totally developed yet. Since I'll be riding in a car for multiple hours at a time tomorrow, I'll see what damage I can do and hijack the nearest computer when it's done. :-)
