I have two reasons to suggest that your calculations are wrong:
1. I have at least one significant reason to believe that Nathaniel is more than ten years old.
2. If this calculation was done the way it's supposed to be done, you would end up with roughly (40005.95918). In regular arithmetic, multiplication/division are always calculated before addition/subtraction.
Getting a little rough on that algebra already? ;)
jc_penny: was up late last night babysitting downtown...in the ghetto... [3-25-09] jc_penny: nearly ran over a man who ran into the road after his wallet [3-23-09] jc_penny: gets the cap and gown tonight!!!! [3-23-09] jc_penny: spent the night with Kathryne, eating sugar free Jell-O and drawing on herself with Sharpies [3-21-09]
