1. Stand facing North, feet together.
2. Do one half jumping jack and end with your legs spread apart.
Now, as you can see, for that brief moment your feet were going west and east at the very same time. And when we say "you are going west-east" obviously your feet are part of you.

Monday we took advantage of dad's day off and visited the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum and the zoo. We enjoyed the muse
um and could have stayed longer even though it wasn't quite what we expected. Some of the museum pictures aren't that great because flash photography wasn't allowed.
I'm not sure what this is called or what it's made out of. It looked cool, though.
"Smoke Signal." I really liked this bronze statue - Libba calls them "statics."
"Canyon Princess." This beauty is 18 feet tall, and solid marble.
This is a giant plaster sculpture that sits in the lobby, entitled "End of the Trail."
And lastly, as I feared, Leeza and Tony have been eliminated and so they land in 9th place. I have to admit, their Paso Doble was a disaster, but Clyde really really really must go. :-(

I still say that you haven't really gone anywhere, especially not east-west.
